This page describes the store build of Spark: Escape to Luma. It is a practical notice for players and for app-store review, not a law-firm opinion.
Spark: Escape to Luma does not create an account. There is no login, no profile on a server of ours, and no cloud copy of your game.
What is stored
The app keeps your progress on the device: levels, scores, energy, shards, cosmetics, and settings. The save is stored locally under the name ball-game-cs.save.v1. We do not receive it.
If you email info@suiteplugins.com, that message is the information we hold. We use it to reply and keep it in our email account. You can ask us to delete it.
How to delete it
On iPhone or iPad, delete Spark: Escape to Luma. The system deletes the app's local data with the app.
On Android, clear the app's storage in Settings, or uninstall the app. Either one deletes the local save.
There is no server save for us to erase. After you do this, nothing from the game itself remains with us.
To ask us to delete an email you sent, write to info@suiteplugins.com from that same address and say you want the correspondence deleted.
Advertising identifiers
When ads are enabled, an advertising identifier is handled by your device and by Google AdMob. We do not store it as an account. You can reset or delete it in your device settings. See the Advertising Policy.
