This page describes the store build of Spark: Escape to Luma. It is a practical notice for players and for app-store review, not a law-firm opinion.
The short version
Spark: Escape to Luma does not ask you to create an account. Your progress stays on your device. We do not receive that save, and we do not sell personal information. When advertising is turned on, Google AdMob may receive an advertising identifier to show ads. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
Who we are
Kailan Wyatt publishes Spark: Escape to Luma for iOS and Android. The app id on both stores is com.kurt.sparkescapetoluma. Privacy questions go to info@suiteplugins.com.
What the app does not collect
The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone. It does not create an account. It does not add its own encryption beyond what the phone already provides. The iOS build declares that it does not use non-exempt encryption.
On Android, the app may use permission to change audio settings so game sound can follow the game's own volume. It does not record audio.
Information stored on your device
The game stores your progress on the phone or tablet. That includes levels you have reached, scores, energy, shards, cosmetics you have unlocked, settings, and related game state. The on-device save is named ball-game-cs.save.v1. It is not uploaded to us.
If you delete the app, or clear the app's storage, that save is deleted with it. We cannot restore it, because we never received a copy. The steps are on the Your Data page.
Advertising
Store builds may show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob can receive an advertising identifier, basic device and app information, and information about an ad that was shown or tapped. Google handles that data under its own policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
How ads appear is in the Advertising Policy. Rewarded ads are optional. Interstitial ads run between attempts, not while you are aiming and not while Spark is in flight.
You can limit how ads use an identifier in your device settings. On iPhone, you can refuse a tracking request if one appears, turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track, and reset the advertising identifier. On Android, you can delete the advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization. Ads can still appear.
If you buy Remove Ads, forced interstitial ads stop. You can still choose to watch a rewarded ad.
Purchases
Energy, shards, cosmetics, and Remove Ads are offered, when they are offered, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes the payment. We do not receive your card number or full payment account details. The store may tell the game, on your device, that a purchase succeeded so it can unlock what you bought.
Analytics
The app does not send gameplay or diagnostic analytics to us. There is no remote analytics service in the app. If a future version adds crash reports or gameplay diagnostics, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
Children
Spark: Escape to Luma is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, write to info@suiteplugins.com and we will delete that correspondence. The game does not give us an account or a profile to delete.
Selling personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers. Advertising, when it is enabled, is served by Google as described above. If you are a California resident, you can email info@suiteplugins.com with a privacy request. In the ordinary case, the only information we hold is an email you chose to send.
Email you send us
If you email info@suiteplugins.com, we use that message to answer you and keep the correspondence in our email account. You can ask us to delete it. We do not use it as a marketing list.
Other companies
Apple, Google Play, and Google AdMob may process purchase and advertising data in the countries where they operate, under their own terms. We do not run a server that receives your game save.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change and the new version will be posted on this page. A change that affects advertising or analytics will be posted here before the matching app version is released.
