Progress

The game does not have an account. Your journey is saved on the device only. We cannot look up a save, move it to a new phone, or restore it after the app is deleted. How to erase that save is on Your Data.

Purchases

Purchases, when the game offers them, are billed by Apple or Google. For a refund, start in that store's purchase history. If a purchase unlocked the wrong thing, email us and include the store order number if you have it. Do not send a full card number.
